Apium emerged in the market through planned phases. Each phase we planned , divided in three cycles. Activity of marketing and sales planning will be cycle wise.
The company launching started from October 2009. In the first phase we have launched five brands with twelve products. All brand planned to market are having big volume prescription and drug of first choice of majority Doctors. In this phase our target doctors will be Physician, Pediatrician and GP.
The brand- drugs for first phase we have planned are Tab AZAG (Azithromycin 250& 500) Tab. NIGUD (Nimusalide). Tab. PIPER( Rabiprazole), syrp COFIUM & syrp COFIUM D (Cough Syrup) and syrp ZYPIUM & tab ZYPIUM (Multivitamin Preparation). These brands will be having extension as tab NIGUD-P(Nimusalide+Paracetamol,) cap PIPER DSR (Rabiprazol+Domperidome) So in total are 12 products.
For the first phase of marketing company introduced twelve headquarters of western Vidarbha, Marathwada & Khandesh with marketing team of 12 medical representatives representing their headquarters.
Headquarters Company launched are Akola-1, Akola-2, Amravati-1, Amravati-2, Yavatmal, Washim, Khamgaon, Buldhana, Hingoli, Nanded, Parbhani, Jalna and Dhule. Each headquarter will be having 150 doctors on their list.
After Successful launch of company in the phase-I first six month, now we are planned coming up with second set of 12 products. In this phase also our focus doctors will be Physician, Pediatrician, GP's and some Gyanac.

New Marketing team of 12 medical representatives added to our earlier team for the second phase. Headquarters for second phase are Gondia, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Nagpur-1, Nagpur-2, Nagpur-3, Wardha, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Malegaon, Nasik and Aurangabad. This team also will be having 150 doctors on their list.
For Phase III and Phase IV, our product and area planning is ready. Company will be coming up with specialty wise product mix. Major specialties we will be targeting are Physician and Gynecology. And market expansion will be Rest of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh.
Company after sating his strong foot at majority of headquarters of central India will be planning to come up with his own Manufacturing facilities.
